Can I edit an existing order?
To Edit an order please send us an email or message.
What happens if I send products that are OPENED or EXPIRED?
These supplies will be donated or destroyed unless otherwise notated on your order if we accept those products that are expired.
Do you have a Bonus or Referral Program?
Not yet, but we're working on it! Check back for updates.
How will I be paid?
We currently offer multiple options for payment: ACH bank transfer (for orders over $1,000). Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Business check or PayPal. In order to use PayPal, you FIRST need to set up a PayPal account at PayPal.com. Please note: PayPal charges a 2.9% fee to the SELLER.
Can my payment be rushed?
We do not offer a rush payment option. All payments are issued within 24 hours of receiving your package. Checks are sent via USPS First Class Mail.
How can I be sure that I'll be paid?
Our reputation is very important to us. We strive to make sure that everyone's experience with us is positive, and that includes getting paid! Feel free to call us and we'll address any concerns. A real person will answer!
Is it legal to sell my supplies?
Yes. Any product that can be purchased over-the-counter at a pharmacy can be legally sold, even if the product was originally obtained by prescription.
What do you do with the supplies you buy?
We distribute them to people who need the supplies!
What happens if I send products that are damaged?
Per our Terms and Conditions, supplies that do not meet our standards, will be donated or discarded. We may offer half price for boxes with minor damage that can still be resold. Please refer to the Damage Guidelines within our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I ship supplies using my own shipping label?
No. Each shipping label is linked to a specific order. Using the correct label ensures that your order can be properly tracked and processed. Using shipping labels from previous orders may delay payment.
Do you accept International products?
Due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept International products at this time.
Do you accept 'Mail Order' and 'Not for Retail' products?
We accept the following: Mail Order, Not for Retail Sale, Institutional Use, DME Beneficiaries, Point of Care, Health Plan/Contract. Please see product page for pricing difference.
What if I already removed the pharmacy labels?
Any damage resulting from label removal will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. Teststripz may offer half the standard rate for such products.
How long can I wait to ship my items?
We ask that you ship your items within 7 days of placing your sales order.
PLEASE NOTE: RATES ARE BASED ON THE DATE WHEN THE SALES ORDER IS PLACED.
If the order is not shipped before 15 days of placing the order, the label will cancel automatically and you will have to contact us.
Should I remove pharmacy labels?
NO. Please allow us to remove labels to avoid damage to the box. We remove and destroy all personal information from all incoming products.

Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid products?
We cannot accept test strip boxes designated MEDICARE OR MEDICAID due to FDA regulations. Some CGM products (e.g. Dexcom) also marked "DME Beneficiaries" or "Government Payee" may be accepted. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details.
